There are many shops, grocery, many different boutiques, restaurants, cafes and other tourist facilities. This is not a hotel with services. Apartment description:fully equipped air-conditioned penthouse with Sleeping sections and a beautiful large terrace, suitable for 2 people (1 double bed). The apartment is equipped with all appliances and dishes (except the washing machine). The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. Beach :the public beach about 150m from the house. Possibility to use the hotel's Plaza Hotel Geisum & Sand Beach Resorts fee 30 EGP / day (about 200m from the house). Price of accommodation:prices are per apartment for 2 persons (not per person). Possibility to rent for any number of days - at least a week. The possibility of long-term lease. Possibility of accommodation Egyptian-European pair.
The most common terms:
